LIC Service Contract
Breeding company LIC has made some changes to clauses in its 2012 Services Catalogue, in particular to the Intellectual Property Clauses 62 & 63.
The changes made to these clauses affect breeders and/or syndicates who sell bulls for natural mating through sales, sale yards or to the next door neighbour.
Holstein Friesian New Zealand recommends that all breeders read the clauses carefully and understand the implications clearly before signing on for any service in 2012.
